Al Dowailah Consultants and Construction Managers. The firm is one of the oldest consultancies in Kuwait. It was originally established in 1961 under the name of Mostafa Abo Al Azm Engineering Office and in 1991 the firm changed its name to Al Dowailah Consultants and Construction Managers. The firm has been managed by Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim since 1977.

The firm has grown steadily to become one of the leading architectural and engineering companies in the country. The firm serves both public and private clients in Kuwait and has been very successful in winning design competitions. The firm’s success extends as well to securing significant Build Operate Transfer (BOT) projects with private sector investors and developers.
